Please take note of our returns policy: In the event of receiving a damaged product, we kindly request that you record a video while opening the package to document any damages. We accept returns only for major damages incurred during delivery, such as stains or noticeable wear and tear.

In case of damage to the product, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days

 

EXCHANGE

At Sihansh we don't exchange products unless there is a size issue, our products are crafted very meticulously and are handmade hence the products patterns and colors may be vary from that on the site.
